1. MATCHBOX PICKLEBALL DISCLAIMER & ASSUMPTION OF RISK
By entering and using this pickleball court and related facilities, you acknowledge that participation in pickleball and other activities involves inherent risks, including the risk of personal injury, illness, property damage, or death. You voluntarily assume all such risks, whether caused by your own actions, the actions of others, or the condition of the premises.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Matchbox Pickleball and its owners, employees, contractors, and agents are not responsible or liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from your use of the court or facilities, including (without limitation) bodily injury, accidents, slips and falls, or loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings. Personal items are brought onto the premises at your own risk.
You agree to follow all posted rules and instructions and to use the facilities in a safe and responsible manner. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not enter or use the court.
2. FACILITY USAGE
The Matchbox Pickleball courts are designed exclusively for pickleball play. All players must use correct athletic equipment, including non-marking shoes. Food and sugary drinks are strictly prohibited on the court surface. CCTV monitoring is active 24/7 to ensure compliance and player safety.
3. BOOKING & PAYMENTS
All sessions must be pre-booked and paid for via our digital platform. Payments are settled in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD) through Stripe. Access codes are generated instantly upon confirmation. Players must adhere strictly to their booked time slots to ensure a seamless experience for all users.
4. CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS
No Refunds, no Cancellations, no Reschedules are avaliable.
5. UNMANNED FACILITY PROTOCOL
As an unmanned facility, access is controlled via a unique digital code. Sharing of this code with unauthorized persons is strictly forbidden. Our facility is conveniently located near the MTR station; please plan and manage your entry and exit times efficiently.
6. CONDUCT & SAFETY
Players utilize the courts at their own risk. Matchbox Pickleball assumes no liability for personal injuries or lost property. All users are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful manner. Any damage to the facility or equipment will be the financial responsibility of the client who made the booking.
7. CLOSURES & WEATHER
In the event of unforeseen maintenance or extreme weather (Typhoon 8 or Black Rainstorm), we can reschedule your booking within 30days if your desired time slot is available. In this unfortunate event, please contact us through our Instagram or Whatsapp (7073 5105).
